- Do I have to pay in full up front?
We don't require full upfront payment. All we require is a fully refundable 50% deposit amount of the Order Amount, simply to ensure that we are dealing with serious customers. Full Payment is only required after you have seen and approved our artist's proof via email. Please note that after receiving your goods we doesn't offer full money back refund if you are in any way unsatisfied.
- Where are the pop arts produced?
Pop arts are created manually by Professional artists, who have been expertise in this field for many years. We do have network of such artists located across the globe.
- What kind of photograph should I supply?
Our artists can work with any kind of photo, so just pick a style from our order page, choose a size option and follow the steps to upload any photo that you have. Our artists will let you know if the photo is unsuitable for any reason. Please note that you may also upload/email us the reference photo for us to work on the changes required.
- How long does it take to receive Pop Arts?
Turnaround time would be very fast. The whole process to complete various Pop Arts styles will take 7 to 10 days.
- What do I need to do to order a pop art?
Please click Order your pop art to begin the process. Simply use our Custom Wizard to choose the size, style and colors you'd like and submit your photograph. Our artists then create the art to suit your needs then email you the art to approve. Once approved, the portrait is sent to our excellent canvas printers and the final masterpiece sent straight to you.
- Do you offer any guarantee?
Absolutely! If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us for an immediate, cheerful refund.
- What are my payment options?
We currently process most of our payments online through PayPal only. We do NOT collect credit card information. Please contact us if you would like to pay via cheque.
- How do I send you my photo?

Yes. We are able to make any changes requested by our customers.
- What do you mean "Canvas Printing"?
Canvas printing is a new printing technique that transfers images onto canvases which are then stretched and mounted. The results are very distinctive and look much closer to painted works than photographs. We use only the best canvas for the pop arts work.
- How durable are the printed canvases?
Canvases are all treated to last for many, many years. The inking process sinks the colors deep into the canvas weave, so that in normal circumstances, the artworks should last a lifetime.
